Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and many international destinations. The countries available for your order, along with shipping rates, are shown at checkout.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing can take longer during holidays, promotions or busy periods.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination, product, fulfillment location and shipping method. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation whenever available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply in some countries and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, tracking information is provided once your order has shipped, when available.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items may be fulfilled from different locations, so some orders ship in separate packages.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us your order number before sending anything back. Our items ship from different fulfillment warehouses, so we open the return with the warehouse that shipped your order and send you its return address or return link. Please don't send returns to the address shown on your package unless we ask you to.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Timing depends on your payment provider.
Sizing
How do sandal sizes work?
Our sandals use EU sizing. Use this general guide to convert to US women's sizes:

Fit can vary by style. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size.
What size are the hats?
Hat sizing is listed on each product page. Most of our hats are one size.
Orders & offers
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.
Do you have any offers?
Orders of $100 or more get 20% off, applied automatically at checkout.
