Shipping policy

WOTOH currently ships orders to the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout or provided with your order confirmation whenever available.

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. WOTOH is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply in certain circumstances and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact WOTOH customer support and we will review the issue with the fulfillment provider.
